Schedule: Strictly weekends only (Day and Night shifts) rotational shifts every week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a team of 25-35 associates during weekend shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 25-35 associates, ensuring adherence to production schedules and company policies.
• Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including production efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their performance and prepare them for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless operations and effective communication of priorities.
• Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics to management.
• Uphold safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness within the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or college education (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a warehouse or manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work strictly on weekends, with availability for either day or night shifts.
