The Master of Management program is a business and management degree with a digital focus. You will be able to explore career opportunities in a wide array of industries. The main streams include:

Sessional Instructor Per course rate: $7,200 (paid in installments)

The Master of Management program has the following Sessional Instructional Assistant positions available for the January 2025 (Winter) academic term and invites applications from suitably qualified candidates.


January 13, 2025 to April 06, 2025


MGMT 500: INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT

MGMT 510: FINANCE FOR MANAGERS

MGMT 520: MARKETING AND SALES

Mode of Delivery: (online, in person, hybrid)

Sessional Instructors will perform the following duties:

  • Attend weekly lecture, review lecture material
  • Lecture and teach students in a variety of delivery modes, creating an inclusive learning environment
  • Invigilate quizzes, tests & exams, complete grading of quizzes, tests, assignments & exams
  • Meet with or respond to students’ inquiries during office hours
  • Update material and grades on internal software


The successful candidate will have the following education and experience:

  • Digitally and technologically oriented – comfortable with a variety of technologies and teaching delivery methods
  • Strong academic standing in similar courses and demonstrated expertise in the subject
  • Minimum of a completed Master’s in a related discipline, PhD is preferred
  • Innovative and engaging teaching/communication style
  • Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is a significant asset
  • Related industry experience and expertise to enhance student learning through real life scenarios and case studies
