Customer Service Representative Shift: M-F 7AM-4PM (Working remotely until office opens)
Pay: $19/HR
Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
Customer Service Job Description :
- Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs
- Provide resolution to customer complaints, concerns and inquiries
- Handle calls, emails, faxes and BIOS orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Review and proof data entered against source documents and make necessary corrections
- Contributes to team effort
- Other duties as assigned
Customer Service Job Requirements :
- Must have 1+ years of customer service / junior account management experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP software (NetSuite) preferred
- Fast and accurate typing/data entry
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences using phone and email
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task multiple open orders/dealer issues
