Description:nnProvides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Promptly and professionally respond to all inbound customer needs. Role includes understanding complete product portfolios, direct and contract pricing, distribution and consumer direct processes, problem solving and complaint handling, as well as sales and clinical support.nn-Communicate professionally and effectively both written and verballynn-Support Sales and Marketing for new product launchesnn-Direct sales supportnn-Processing customer returns including coordination of product pick up and reimbursements to customernn-Answering the Chat feature on the web sitenn-Process customer complaints in accordance with federal regulationsnn-Gain understanding of GPO’s, IDN, National Accounts pricing Problem solve- billing errors, freight options, shipping errorsnn-Works directly with logistics for tracking and expediting ordersnn-Direct sales support Facilitating service interruptionsnn-Sales and inventory data reporting for Sales and Marketing Customer order processingnn-Demonstrate understanding of all CS processes and procedures and their impact on customer interactionsnn-Identifies cost effective transportation options for customersnn-Facilitating service interruptionsnn-Customer order processing: Complete entry to deliverynn-Learns and communicates specific product features and benefits as well as the medical problems they addressnnQualifications:nnMust Haves:nn1+ Years of Professional Office Experience in customer service, order entry or logisticsnnMicrosoft Office- Computer Skills - ability to navigate multiple systems on a PC using 2 computer monitors.nnproficient with all systems related to role Demonstrate understanding of all CS processes and procedures and their impact on customer interactionsnnNice Haves:nnBachelor's DegreennSalesforce.comnnSAPnnSales SupportnnCustomer service experience in a Manufacturing settingnnSoft Skills:nn-Strong multi-tasking skillsnn-Ability to handle a fast paced environment - handling several functions of the job at the same time (phone, chat, po's, emails)nn-Ability to learn on the gonn-Ability to learn new technologynn-Process oriented but also open to changing and adapting to new processes quicklynnDetail OrientednnPossess strong verbal and written and communication skillsnnPossess high creative reasoning and attention to detail abilities.nn-Strong follow up skillsnnSelf DrivennnTeam PlayernnAbility to be a self-starter and work independently without direct supervisionnnPossess strong problem solving and organizational skillsnnHours:nnMonday - FridaynnDuring initial training phase employee will work 8:30am-5pm.
