Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will address customer questions and concerns with discretion and independent judgment, assist with projects and related issues, and maintain both electronic and physical customer files.

What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree OR
  • 2 years of experience in a business-to-business manufacturing setting
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with large data sets, PivotTables, complex formulas, data linking and protection, configuration, tables, and chart
  • Experience with Great Plains software is preferred
  • Strong internet research and navigation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
What You'll Do as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding project status, orders, and related issues
  • Maintain customer files electronically and physically
  • Answer phones promptly and courteously, processing orders, changes, and returns by company policies
  • Provide standard information on service options, billing, charges, and contact details
  • Collaborate with production staff and vendors to communicate customer needs and schedules
  • Work with the Sales team on part number requests, quotes, forecasts, and customer issues
  • Handle customer inquiries about service changes, order status, billing, cancellations, and product knowledge
  • Coordinate shipping paperwork and invoices with the plant and site managers
  • Manage customer inventories and assist with order placement and shipments
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to build trust and generate new orders
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and records, including pricing, purchase orders, and quotes
  • Collaborate with the credit department to resolve disputes and short-paid invoices
  • Uphold a positive work environment, fostering respect and teamwork
  • Comply with company standards and federal laws, ensuring safety, financial, customer, and people priorities are met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
