Job Summary
We seek a seasoned HVAC Senior Service Coordinator in San Francisco, CA, to join our team and ensure the seamless scheduling and coordination of commercial HVAC services. This role requires a candidate with deep industry knowledge, particularly in the commercial HVAC sector, and a stable, local work history. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in service coordination or dispatch roles within the commercial HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and schedule HVAC service calls, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of service technicians to commercial job sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to manage expectations and provide updates on service requests.
- Assist HVAC technicians with logistical support, ensuring they have the necessary information, tools, and materials to complete their tasks efficiently.
- Maintained detailed service records, managed work orders, and ensured all service-related documentation was accurately filed and accessible.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve service delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Proven stable work history in the San Francisco Bay Area and a strong local market understanding.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology and experience with industry-specific software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
