- Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits.
- Focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls.
- Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.
- Answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.
- Handle sensitive information

Experience Required for Your Success - Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Call Center experience with ability to work with dual monitors.
- Knowledgeable about Medicare and Medicaid.
- Must have strong internet speed, ethernet connection, private place to work from home (hardwired into the internet)
