REPORTS TO: Human Resources Coordinator
FLSA STATUS: Salary Non-Exempt
SUMMARY: This role will focus on recruiting and talent acquisition, supporting our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and will be responsible for supporting Human Resource functions for a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Assist with the interview process, including scheduling
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
• Extend offers of employment and handle post-offer processing
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Coordinator, including filing, payroll, attendance tracking and maintaining records in the HRIS system
• Assist with employee relations matters, such as addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Support other HR initiatives as needed, such as Benefits Administration, and Workers Compensation
• Understanding and demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and understanding of regulatory requirements associated with privacy
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Recruitment and Talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multi-task duties without loss of efficiency or composure
ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to:
• Work an 8 hour shift with overtime as required
• Sit constantly, Stand and/or walk frequently
• Speak and hear constantly
• Use of fingers, hands and arms constantly
