Position: Day Porter
Location: DES, 3150 E. Union Hills Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85050
Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Schedule (8am - 5pm)

At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, and visitors. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Department of Economic Services Office. The Day Porter performs manual labor associated with cleaning of the lobby, restrooms, break areas, and entrances. Key Responsibilities:
•Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas daily.
•Empty trash and recycling bins.
•Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
•Dust fixtures, clean glass.
•Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
•Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
•Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
•Other duties assigned by OMEX Management
Qualifications:
•Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
•Strong attention to detail and reliability.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
•A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
•Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX and school safety protocols.
•Must be 18 years or older.
•Must have reliable transportation.
