Licensed Practical Nurse $45/hr - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized care to veterans
• Assess health conditions and provide treatments/medications
• Document incidents and work on care plans
• Maintain effective communication with veterans, their families, and the healthcare team

Requirements:

• LPN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including at least one booster
• Reliable transportation (car or public transit)
