Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities The LPN position reports to the Manager of Service Excellence and Patient Experience or designee. Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to developing, monitoring, and implementing the Service Excellence, Care Experience and HCAHPS programs; including -The Southcoast Way- focusing on clinical staff. Participate developing and executing the hospitality program for clinical and operational roles. Assist in monthly analysis of clinical department, clinical unit, and SPG practice service outcomes and hardwire Participate in the Southcoast Health service recovery program as it relates to clinicians. Assist with system-wide grievance process. Track measurable outcomes. Support clinical teams in integrating patient experience best practices into daily routines. Occasional nights and weekends may be required. Works closely with nursing and provider counterparts in clinical units, services, and groups. Clinical support of this individual will be through the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Clinical Officer and designees.
Qualifications - Completion of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) education requirements, or equivalent experience required.
- Master's Degree in a business or health related area preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH). Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and team building skills required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a health care or patient advocacy environment required along with experience in customer care and service, data interpretation and analysis related to market trends.
- Knowledge of healthcare environment and regulatory requirements regarding patient rights preferred.
- Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range USD $26.67 - USD $44.84 /Hr.
