LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)nnLPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Duties Include:nnMedication administration and treatments.nnAssist with admission, transfer and discharging of residentsnnDocument resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.nnEducate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc… as well as family members.nnAdhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as all other facility policies and procedures.nnConsult with resident’s physician regarding resident’s plan of care as well as notifying them of any changes.nnMaintain resident’s confidentiality and privacy.nnAssure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards of practice and facility standards of care.nnAssist with solving resident’s problems by working with the interdisciplinary team.nnLPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Requirements/Qualifications:nnMust possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN programnnExperience in long term care preferrednnExcellent communicator, positive attitude, and team playernnShift Needs:nnAll shift available.nnSalary: $35 to $38 an hournnAn Equal Opportunity EmployernnINDLPN
