We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Four Seasons. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license and experience working in a healthcare setting. As an LPN at Four Seasons, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health information
• Assist with the development and implementation of care plans
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current LPN license
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
