Job Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics
Job Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Pediatrics
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Experience: 2+ years of experience required
License: Active RN license in the state or compact license required. Tennessee license required at the time of submission.
Certifications: Cerner experience preferred
Must-Have:
- Experience in pediatrics
- Driver's license to be included with submission
Job Description:
- Work in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients.
- Prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist with emergency and routine procedures.
- Work flexible hours as needed, including weekends.
- Willing to work during end-of-year holidays if required.
- Ensure compliance with all guidelines and requirements.
- Willingness to float between units and campuses up to 20 miles apart, though it is rare.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications, with renewal plans clearly listed.
- Submit all requested documentation accurately and by deadlines.
Note: This facility has specific compliance and documentation requirements. Ensure all guidelines and traveler requirements are met prior to submission. Orientation consists of 16 hours. Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions. Local travelers must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered.
