Some important details about this position:
- No prior Dialysis experience is necessary.
- Training may occur at a facility or training clinic separate from your designated clinic.
- Flexibility is required as you may need to float to various clinics during and after your training.
- A flexible schedule is essential, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you can expect:
- Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that fosters positivity and teamwork.
- Provide care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, creating unique treatment plans that utilize a diverse set of nursing skills.
- Oversee a patient group with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) for conducting observations, measuring stats, and setting up machines.

Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be considered.
- While experience in areas like ICU, CCU, ER, or Medical-Surgical units is helpful, it is not required.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) may be beneficial.
