The Home Health Regional Clinical Manager is primarily responsible for the overall direction of home health services related to clinical and operational needs. This role will be responsible for establishing and meeting quality and performance improvement goals and objectives for home health including clinical outcomes, operational efficiencies, best practices, financial management, QAPI, star ratings, and HHCAHPS. Participates in budgetary oversight with salaries and changing business demands. Responsible for culture, workforce development, talent management, financial performance, achievement of targets, and partner relationship management, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. Leads a regional team with Clinical Manager direct reports. Work to develop and lead key priorities for home health program annually to achieve ongoing continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications:
1. RN/PT/OT/ST with current licensure to practice professionally in the state.
2. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
3. Minimum of five years in leadership capacity with Medicare Home Care experience or related healthcare experience
4. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
5. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
6. Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
7. Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
8. Minimum of two years' experience working with people in the second half of life.
9. Experience in customer service/direct client contact in the field preferred.
10. Proficient using technology including Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Calendaring, Clinical Software platforms (EMR), Wi-Fi, Printers, electronic faxing, and Internet Browsing
11. Detail oriented and organized, including ability multitask and problem solve
