The ideal candidate has experience building reports and campaigns within Braze, audience retargeting, and reporting. Experience working within a cross-functional team environment is a must. They are passionate about applying data and out-of-the-box strategies to improve marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
Objective: As a Marketing Automation Specialist at our lead generation company, you will leverage Braze technology to create, manage, and optimize our automated marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective marketing automation strategies using Braze to enhance campaign performance and achieve specific business goals.
- Develop and maintain automated marketing workflows that nurture leads through personalized, targeted content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Execute A/B testing for various campaign elements, including timing, messaging, and creative content, to optimize conversion rates and overall campaign success.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on Braze's latest features and best practices to improve campaign strategies continuously.
Qualifications: - Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Braze.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong background in data analysis and statistical methods, particularly as applied to marketing analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Braze, and familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a drive for precision in all data reporting and analysis.

- At least 3+ year(s) marketing experience
- At least 6+months of experience using Braze
- Experience working in a cross-functional team
