Job DescriptionnnCoordinates and provides instruction to new and tenured clinical/non-clinical staff related to orientation and ongoing competency assessments utilizing a variety of settings and methodologies, including classroom and off site education. Partners with Director of Nursing, administrators and other clinical staff in determining skills assessed for competency based upon new education, clinical techniques/processes, etc. and determines appropriate evaluation methods for each. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates ongoing education to meet organizational needs. Serves a professional resource for internal and external customers.
