We are open to consider physical therapists of all experience levels including new graduates with defined mentorship.

We average 10-12 patients per day. Our diverse caseload includes; general orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, aquatics, and industrial rehabilitative programs. We are seeking an energetic personality and someone who is ready to engage with our team and patients.

Schedule: Full time 32 - 40 hour weekday schedule treating two days until 630P. Last patient scheduled an hour prior.

Responsibilities
n
n - Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
n - Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
n - Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
n - Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
n - Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications
n
n - Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
n - Valid State Physical Therapist License
n - Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
