This role is for you!nnWhy Join Us:nnAn opportunity to reshape the future of healthcare marketing!nnCompetitive compensation and benefits package.nnContinuous learning and growth opportunities.nnEducation:nnBachelor’s degree requirednnA Day in the Life:nnDevelop a comprehensive marketing automation strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, using market trends and competitor activity insights.nnLead cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and maintenance, ensuring high availability and reliability of marketing automation infrastructure.nnMonitor marketing automation platform performance and apply data analysis techniques to evaluate product and market performance, making data-driven decisions.nnLead vendor relationships and be responsible for the development of specific projects, driving toward end-state architecture for all data flows and integrations.nnCollaborate with Commercial Operations & Analytics teams to forecast capacity needs and project execution for roll-out of marketing automation strategies ensuring alignment with business needs.nnUnderstand audience and digital marketing teams' needs resolving issues and delivering outstanding experiences through optimal campaign execution and reporting.nnEstablish standard methodologies for efficient campaign execution, driving maximum return on investment and increasing conversions from campaigns.nnKeys to Success:nnBe responsible for the management and optimization of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools, to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.nnDevelop and supervise an optimized digital strategy to drive engagement and customer acquisition.nnWork with internal teams to translate business needs into technical execution for direct mail (email) campaigns: including targeted, nurture and trigger email programs.nnAdvises marketing campaign requestors of best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and projected results.nnBuild and implement marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo (Adobe Experience Platform) – activities include but not limited to, campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation, form creation, and media placement tracking.nnEnsure brand compliance.nnContinue to develop through marketing automation education & participation in online communities to enhance learning opportunities.nnBuild and maintain HTML templates, landing pages and forms.nnEnsure compliance with PDX, SDG and corporate policies.nnDocuments PDX regulatory approval in system.nnRun and report analytical tracking and performance.nnExperience:nn3-5 years of proven experience in marketing automation strongly preferred.nnExperience in a regulated environment and or life sciences a plus.nnProven track record of leading platform launches.nnThorough understanding of platform integration, DevOps with agile and lean methodologies driving iterative & incremental product development.nnExperience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or other Marketing Automation System is preferred.
