Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36&bull
Weekend Hours: 1-2 weekends call requirements during 6-week schedule&bull
Call Requirements: (Subject to change based on number of staff) - 1-2 days during the week call requirementsBlackout Dates: Week of Christmas and the Week after Christmas. *UofL now requires all candidates to have the FLU vaccine no exceptions**CANDIDATES MUST BE 50 MILES OR MORE FROM THE FACILITYMUST HAVE Experience with Mckesson aka Healthcare Change and Cerner &bull

Float Requirements: EP LabNumber of Beds: 6 Rooms for Cath Lab&bull
Patient Ratios: 1:1 procedure room only one case at a time&bull
Equipment: Ge X-ray systems&bull
EMR: McKesson Cardiology & CernerPreferred Skillset/Experience: Preferred Structure heart experiencePersonality Fit: Detail oriented, Troubleshooting capabilities. Clear and Concise communication skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary environment&bull

Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience: 2 years Licenses: CLT-KY Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)
