Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.nnJob Purpose and ImpactnnThe Registered Nurse will perform occupational health care activities. In this role, you will provide health and wellness training and education, employee health services and compliance. You will be licensed to practice in your state of employment or have the equivalent in other geographies.nnKey AccountabilitiesnnUsing technical knowledge and training, assist in designing and executing employee health and wellness programs.nnConduct safety and ergonomic training and administer drug and alcohol programs.nnTreat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury and determine medical direction.nnDevelop, formulate and implement plans of care based on stand order and medical directives.nnHelp determine what employees can do under restrictive duty, when they can return to work and when to refer them to an outside medical provider.nnSupport record keeping in accordance with relevant regulations.nnHandle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.nnOther duties as assignednnQualificationsnnMinimum QualificationsnnBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experiencennRegistered Nurse or equivalent in other geographiesnnWilling and able to work a 2nd shiftnnPreferred QualificationsnnBilingual: English and SpanishnnOccupational Health experiencenn#FGBnn#LI-DT1nn#themusennPosition informationnnWe offer a Sign on Bonus.nnShift Differential: 1.50 per flat rate.nnRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.nnWork schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Friday.nnPhone triage occasional every six week, on the weekendsnnPosition is located in Dodge City, Kansas.nnEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
