Number of Beds : 14 ICU, 20 Med/Surg
Patient Ratios : 1:2 in ICU, 1:5 in Med/Surg
Unit staffing description- 1 PCA, 1 UC
Type of equipment : standard
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: every other weekend. We have had a lot of issues with call-in's and no-show. Please do not send candidates that have had attendance issues.

At least 2+ years of Experience

Active TX RN License-Temp License are no longer accepted
Procedures performed on unit:
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color
o RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
