CTF Illinois is seeking a RN Trainer for the South Suburbs of Chicago to provide nursing services for adults with Developmental Disabilities who reside in our CILA and Intermittent Programs. Provides nursing assessments to people served and medication administration training to employees per DHS guidelines in accordance with Rule 116 and best nursing practices. If you are an experienced nurse, have experience working with people with developmental disabilities, are highly organized, and motivated, we have the job for you!nnOverview:nnWork schedule: Monday- Friday days in office, on-call by phone only weekday evenings and one weekend a monthnComplete training to become authorized Nurse Trainer for Illinois DHSnOversee medication administration including but not limited to: supervise administration of medications, train employees in medication administration, complete CBTAs and documentation, review medication ordersnComplete Annual Health Assessments developing a service plan of carenComplete SAMA/ Physical Status Review/ Health Risk screening and update medical historiesnOrder/ Discontinue medications as necessary and Receive, Review, & Distribute monthly medications, physician orders, and MARSnMonitor/ maintain stock of nursing supplies and equipment needed for nursing servicesnRequires Local Travel throughout the South Suburbs of ChicagonnWe offer:nnPay Rate: $70,000- $75,000 annuallynHealth benefits and optional vision, dental, critical illness, and accident insurance for full-time employeesnCompany paid short & long term disabilitynCompany paid life insurance for all full-time employeesnPaid Holidays, Sick Time, and Accrued Vacationn401k with company matchingnCell Phone stipendnnCTF Illinois is dedicated to empowering adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to LIVE.
