DEPARTMENT: Performance Excellence / PQI (Kansas City, KS)

Starting Salary: $18.00 - $20.66 (Hourly)

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure quality services are being provided to the children and families served throughout Cornerstones of Care. The person in this position assesses and monitors programs to ensure the outcomes and process requirements of the contracts, accreditation, and licensure bodies are met.

The Specialist will work with program staff of all levels to support, develop, and improve the quality of services being delivered to clients served. The person in this position is a strong analytical thinker and problem solver to be able to analyze the data received to report progress, and performance trends, and work collaboratively with staff of all levels to develop improvement plans when needed to ensure best practice.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience with Excel. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
