Schedule: 12hrs, Varied shifts, 36 hrs./week
Facility: UnityPoint- St. Luke's Hospital
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay: Weekly Pay: $2088
Taxable: $1461
Non-Taxable/Stipend: $626

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years current MS/Tele experience
- Oncology experience needed
- Epic experience required
- MUST be able to work 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights - flip flopping bi-weekly
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS - CHEMO certificate encouraged
