Job DescriptionnnWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join the Customer Success Operations team as a Senior ACS Business Process NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) consultant. This role will support the Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization by implementing NSAW to empower our leaders to leverage the power of data-driven decision-making. The Senior NSAW consultant will collaborate with ACS leadership and delivery teams to identify their analytical needs and help unlock valuable insights from NSAW. This role will help streamline critical processes by providing insights across key business areas such as team utilization, customer renewal rates, and NDR. We are seeking an analytical expert with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of NSAW to help drive ACS's growth and customer success. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the growing cloud business and provides a platform for making a significant impact on the organization’s success.nnQualifications:nnBachelor level degree or higher in a relevant discipline.nn5+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and integrating Oracle and/or NetSuite Data Warehouse NSAW and Analytics/Business Intelligence solutions.nnExperience with relevant tools including: Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect.nnSolid understanding of Oracle Database, Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data Warehouse concepts, advanced analytics concepts, and implementation.nnExperience implementing and utilizing Big Data and visualization techniques, tools, and technologiesnnHighly experienced in data design, data modeling, data mapping, data interrogation, data quality, and master data management.nnExperience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc.nnExperience with ERP and EPM solutions, NetSuite and/or Oracle platform preferred.nnPrior experience in Operations or Professional Services Consulting is a plus.nnMust be a self-starter with sound decision making skills.nnAbility to lead projects/tasks and maintain a schedule to ensure completion within a timely manner.nnAttention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical.nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills required.nnMust be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.nnAn ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision.nnAdvanced MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook at a minimum).nnCareer Level - IC3nnResponsibilitiesnnConsultatively gather requirements and collaborate key stakeholders to define the business challenges to better understand with data.nnLeverage the understanding of the data model and produce analytics to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.nnAid less senior team members and provide guidance on NSAW implementation best practices.nnCollaborate with multiple Oracle LOBs to identify infrastructure requirements for data warehousing needs.nnIdentify new data and product patterns through data mining and communicate those complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner through creative visualization directly to executives.nnExtend the data warehouse by incorporating data from multiple datasets/applications.nnReview, cleanse, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.nnLead project delivery as a technical expert when implementing solutions.nnDevelop solutions that follow product development guidelines and are in-line with established design standards and approved architectures.nnEnable the organization to ensure adoption.nnMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle and NetSuite analytics, data integration products and service offerings.nnDisclaimer:nnCertain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.nnRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlynnCanada: Hiring Range from $50,500 to $110,000 CAD per annumnnUS: Hiring Range: from $28.85 to $60.63 per hour; from $60,000 to $126,100 per annum.
