GNC is seeking an experienced high volume Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcing Specialist to join our TA Team based out of Pittsburg, PA. This role requires a strategic and independent professional to manage high-volume recruiting efforts focused on sourcing and screening diverse talent across our organization including retail, supply chain, and corporate roles.
What You'll Do:
This is a Full-Time Salary Position
The TA Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for strategic sourcing, recruitment, and brand advocacy efforts to attract top talent while optimizing partnerships with vendors and improving candidate experiences. This position plays a key role in providing recruitment insights and driving our recruitment initiatives to meet project goals and business needs.
- Manages TA sourcing across the organization and evaluates and qualifies top talent utilizing applicant tracking system, internet databases and advertising via internet job boards and niche sites, job fairs, and non-traditional sources.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Provide feedback on candidate quality and sourcing effectiveness to improve recruitment processes.
- Tracks recruitment metrics, analyzes sourcing effectiveness, and provides reporting and guidance to business leaders to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, optimize processes, leverage data analytics, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Advocates for the company's brand by creating job postings, attending job fairs, and strengthening the organization's online presence.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain regular communication with sourced candidates regarding job openings, application status, and other relevant information.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:
- Hybrid work environment, 2 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
- 3+ years of talent acquisition, or recruiting experience proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
- Knowledge of government regulations related to employment such as FLSA, EEOC, FCRA, etc. preferred.
- Retail experience preferred.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
