Description March 2025 RN Residency - Various Specialties Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Centralia Hospital. An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. This position starts on March 10, 2025. Full-Time, Night shifts available Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less Preferred Qualifications: National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated Why Join Providence?
