With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff, case managers, clinicians, physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.nnWe're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our human resources team at 41 Montebello Road in Pueblo.nnWhat You'd Be DoingnnAs the Recruitment Specialist you would serve as the link between job candidates and hiring managers. The goal of your efforts is to provide recruiting expertise and processes, with a focus on locating the clinical, medical, administrative, operational and support staff candidates who will give the very best care and customer service to our patients and clients.nnSpecifically, the Recruitment SpecialistnnWorks as a vital member of the human resources team and in conjunction with hiring managers by providing effective and efficient recruitment processes and support. Opens, closes, and monitors job postings and recruitment ads on internal and external job boards. Ensures all job postings and recruitment processes are compliant with applicable regulations and contain correct and current information for each position. Utilizes and adapts technological tools for recruitment and candidate pool development. Disseminates candidate information to appropriate executives, directors, supervisors, and managers. Assists hiring managers and other users with access to and use of recruitment systems. Research job databases and media sources; stays abreast of market trends and offers innovative solutions to hiring managers and other leadership, in order to locate high quality candidates. Works closely with hiring managers and other leadership to establish and utilize consistent processes for initial screening, selection, onboarding, and candidate communication. Establishes contacts with hiring specialists, placement agencies, colleges, and others as requested by executive leadership. Represents Health Solutions and the local community to candidates considering relocation. Works closely with other departments to represents Health Solutions at job fairs as needed - both virtual and in person. Manages the National Health Service Corps job postings. Facilitates pre-employment and initial employment processes in concert with other members of the human resources team to provide seamless transitions among various stages of recruitment, placement, and onboarding. Processes background checks and initial credential verifications appropriate to each position. Works closely with all members of the human resources department to ensure full team integration and timely service provision; cross trains in other areas to assist as needed. Participates in all assigned meetings. Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For The Must-HavesnnAssociate's degree in business and three years' experience in human re ources; or High School Diploma and five years' human resources experience At least two years recruitment experience Proficiency with web-based computer applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and writing skills Colorado driver's license and access to reliable transportation during work hours What We'd Like to See in You The Nice-to-HavesnnBaccalaureate degree in a related field Experience with Paycom ATS What You'll Like About UsnnCompetitive pay. $59,141 - $61,543 annually, determined by education and experience Generous benefits package.
