Job Description:
- Work in a Telemetry/Medical-Surgical unit with potential to float to Medical-Surgical/Orthopedic unit.
- Requires shift coverage every other weekend and participation in rotating holiday schedules.
- Provide specialized care to cardiovascular patients, monitoring and interpreting EKGs and vital signs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to manage patient treatment plans effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and patient responses.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
