Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Job Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% on-site (No hybrid or remote options)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer PTO, FMLA, and disability pay processes.
- Manage employee benefits programs, assisting employees with inquiries and enrollments.
- Conduct talent acquisition efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proficient in Paylocity or ADP.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
