You will also have the ability to work closely with management to explore the many opportunities Love’s presents for a career in retail management.nnHow You Will Fit InnnFuel Your Growth with Love's - company funded tuition assistance programnn12 - week program; 40 hours per weeknnEarn $18.00 per hour (paid weekly)nnJunior or Senior class standing preferrednnDesire to pursue a career in retail management or restaurant managementnnStrong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skillsnnStrong verbal and written communication skills, time management and delegation skills, organization skills, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.nnTypical Physical DemandsnnRegularly required to talk and hear.nnRequires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbingnnOccasional lifting of up to 50lbsnnSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.nnWork EnvironmentnnWhile performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and can be loud at times.
