Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in providing high-quality urgent medical care in emergency situations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various medical areas and procedures.
Duties: - Assess and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions promptly and effectively.
- Perform essential medical procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including medical imaging, to guide patient treatment.
- Collaborate with specialists in Pediatrics, PICU, Labor and Delivery, and other areas for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Administer medications and injections as required, following established protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the emergency department.
Qualifications - Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred.
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
- Proven experience in emergency medicine or related fields.
- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) documentation is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure.

Compensation - Min: $105,000/ Max: $125,000
This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project. Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
