The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.nnYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:nnPrincipal Quality Analyst (A03): Bachelor's degree and 5 years of quality/inspecting/test experience; OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience. Note: an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a formal may be considered.nnSr Principal Quality Analyst (A04): Bachelor's degree and 8 years of quality/inspecting/test experience; OR a Master's Degree with 6 years of experience. Note: an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a formal may be considered.nnExperience working with Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO 9001)nnExperience with implementing and maintaining metricsnnExperience with manufacturing, quality controls, inspection and/or non-conformance controls.nnMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business neednnThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:nnExperience in ICBMs or Aerospace programs.nnProven ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel in both written and verbal formats.nnMust have initiative, judgement, and ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions with a high attention to detail and accuracy.nnProject Management Professional or other formal project management training.nnExperience in analyzing metrics to identify shifts, drifts or trendsnnKnowledge of one or more of the following: Mil-Std, J-STD, IPC inspection, and assembly criteria.nnDemonstrated ability prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.nnPrior manufacturing experiencennExperience with test planning and execution.nnSalary Range: $76,600 - $115,000nnSalary Range 2: $95,000 - $142,400nnThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.nnEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
