This key position is responsible for generating reports on all aspects of supply chain metrics, data, performance, and visualization dashboards. Various software tools will be used including but not limited to MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Access, Lucid Charts, Excel, PowerPoint to drive improved supply chain performance.
You should have a strong ability to take complex information and create a compelling story, including visualizations. You will collaborate, prepare, and deliver business analysis, status updates, and other complex information in various formats, including verbal, written, presentation, etc. to drive performance improvements.
• Reporting & Analysis
o Design and build Supply Chain Operations reports and dashboards
o Work closely with US Sourcing Ops and offshore Product Creation Centers to define, automate and validate the extraction of new metrics from various data sources
o Build reporting on PO milestone data; PO Issuance through DC receipt
o Create and analyze exception reports to proactively drive action plans
o Merge various data sources to generate a comprehensive report of Purchase Order Milestones
• Process improvement
o Identify area of improvement in business processes and propose solutions to manager
o Understand project objectives and be able to apply their understanding of how processes should work to drive operational improvement initiatives.
o Develop cross functional knowledge of Fanatics supply chain processes to validate data
o Map out and document process flows for input into SOPs
• 3+ Years of math, business intelligence, forecasting, economics related professional experience:
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Power BI, Querying tools and PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, economics, data science or equivalent degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing, and flexible environment
• Quantitative, analytical mind set - collecting, cleaning and formatting raw data to extract relevant, actionable information for business decision making
• Experience in documenting and optimizing business processes
• Detail oriented, and has good analytical, communication, customer services, and project management skills
• Strong communication skills (fluent in English reading / writing / speaking)
• Ability to work across teams and departments - must be comfortable in working in a team environment•
