JOB Title: Registered Nurse ( Home Health )

Shift: Days (8 - Hours)
Responsibilities:
• provide compassionate, reliable services to homebound and vulnerable members of our community.
• We treat our clients with the same tender loving care we would want our own loved ones to receive.
• You will be responsible for managing a case load of patients with a variety of chronic and acute conditions.
• Our patients range in ages from infant to elderly.
• Time management in combination with the ability to provide each patient with necessary care and interventions is a necessary skill.
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license in Wyoming
• CPR Certification - REQUIRED
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Provide own reliable transportation and proof of insurance
