Let Volt Help You Move Forward Volt is immediately hiring for an HR Generalist in Kennesaw, GA As an HR Generalist, you will: - Process and manage DoD security clearance requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Liaise with government agencies and employees to facilitate the clearance process.
- Maintain confidential and detailed records of security clearances and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a point of contact for HR-related issues.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Foster a positive employee relations climate by promoting open communication and trust.
- Support conflict resolution initiatives and provide mediation services as needed.
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation.
- Track and analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide support in developing performance improvement plans.
- Handle employee data management, including entry and maintenance in IMS system, and generate reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective HR service delivery across the organization.
- Manage HR communications, including distributing company announcements and updates, and maintaining HR content on the intranet.
- Support the HR department in various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.

The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Experience with DoD security clearance processes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Rate: $
35.00 - $38.00 /Hourly *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
