Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary : $38.00-$40.00/hr based on experience
2. Shift Differentials :
3. Weekend Nights: $1.50
4. Weekday Nights:$1.00

Shifts Available:

1. Nights 12-hour shifts (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make daily rounds on assigned units to monitor regulatory compliance and observe residents.
2. Perform physical assessments on new admissions and monitor changes in resident conditions.
3. Develop, monitor, and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of physical, social, and mental well-being.
4. Administer medications and use medical equipment appropriately.
5. Communicate effectively with residents, physicians, families, and other staff regarding resident care.
6. Train, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to provide top-quality care.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of care and services delivered.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Graduate of an accredited nursing program
3. At least one year of experience preferred
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to supervise and mentor nursing personnel
6. Commitment to high-quality care and resident well-being
