The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.nnHere’s What You Need:nnMinimum 4+ years’ consulting experience in ITSM plus 2 of the following areas: HR, ITOM, CSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), SPM, WSD, FSOnnMinimum 4+ years’ experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement and re-engineering.nnMinimum 4+ years’ experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories.nnProven experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.nnBachelor's degree (in Business or IT related field preferred) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)nnBonus Points If:nnITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader CertificationnnAgile Scrum Product Owner CertificationnnServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and any additional ServiceNow certifications.nnDemonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written and presentation and facilitation skills.nnAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)nnExtensive experience in process management competencies.nnAgile Scrum Master certificationnnDemonstrated ability in consulting engagements providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems by focusing on providing options which identify the pros and cons of those options and the risks and impacts of each option.nnCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
