Job Title : Regulatory Windchill Coordinator Location: St. Paul, MN, 55071 ( can be remote, but within range of St. Paul office for training and other meetings) Duration : 6 Months Shift: 8-4:30 Job Description: Regulatory Operations is a shared service support group, meaning we support all of the Med Device Reg Affairs business units in the release of product to the market. o Main roles: We partner and support Reg Affairs and Supply Planning in the review of product release information as provided by Regulatory approvals using Windchill and SAP. 20% Managing shared email box and system reporting to identify release issues and Investigation of those blocked releases to determine root cause. 65% Clean-up release projects, running and analyzing license reporting. 15% * Top 3 to 5 Skills Required: Organized (working globally and managing the main roles interchangeably) , detail oriented (compliance and quality perspective that we are releasing products appropriately), good communication skills (working cross functionally, working independently and working as a team), ability to problem solve and analyze data (Excel) (running reports and analyzing the release data to make decisions), adaptable and able to change gears quickly, ability to develop cross functional relationships.
