Summary
Recruit Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, (Advance Practice Providers), and Physicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruit and place Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics
• Source candidates through telephone calls, emailing and other methods
• Review and evaluate candidates for proper qualification and placement within the organization.
• Work in close collaboration with Market Directors, Clinical Managers and Physicians to move candidates through the interview and onboarding process
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as job fairs and professional associations.
• Log calls and email communications daily into applicant tracking system
• Maintain all documentation to track candidate information and monitor effectiveness of sourcing strategies
• Pre-qualify candidates, including availability, information regarding licensing, credentialing, malpractice prior interview
• Develop and maintain relationship with Board contacts
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Background in healthcare recruiting desired
• Candidate should possess excellent analytical and written communication skills and computer skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Superior sales skills, self-driven and able work with minimal direction
• High degree of judgment and independent decision making with regards to candidate qualifications
• Professional appearance and presentation. Strong verbal skills, particularly by telephone. Ability to handle multiple demands with ease.
• Understanding of APP Board and Board of Medical Examiners rules and regulations regarding collaborative practice
Physical Demands/Work Environment (optional)
Office environment. Moderate noise. Significant amounts of keyboarding and mousing.
