AdvisaCare is a trusted Home Health and Medicare Agency dedicated to providing exceptional personalized care. We are actively seeking a motivated and skilled Home Health Certified Ostomy Registered Nurse to enhance our dedicated team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on ostomy care.

Areas of Need: Various locations including Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Preferred: Minimum one (1) year of home health nursing experience
• Graduated from an accredited Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nursing education program
• Experience in wound and ostomy care within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach
• Proper documentation skills and familiarity with medical software
• Current CPR certification and tuberculosis (TB) test results
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Willingness to travel within designated service areas
