JOB SUMMARY Develops and implements training activities directed at both employee competencies and technical skills. Collaborates with other functions (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Maintenance) to ensure that course materials reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes and equipment. May visit work locations to confirm effectiveness of technical training programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Provides broad support for assigned functional areas, including day-to-day operations, data, and records management, planning and scheduling events and agendas, and other program and project support
- Produces and reviews ad hoc reports and ensures data accuracy and integrity. Tracks and monitors metrics and trends
- Assists in assigning training requirements and uploads new training courses/requirements into the LMS. Schedules classroom training
- Ensures employee training records, electronic or hard copies; are current and updated to meet internal/external training audits and records retention requirements
- Catalogues training content in LMS and filing system
- May assist in delivering training to all levels of employees
