Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.nnWhat is Enterprise Pool?nnWe have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.nnEnterprise Pool 1:nnBase rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsnn1 facility – preferred location/closest to homennAt least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty areann12 months of experience in unit type/specialty areannEnterprise Pool 2:nnBase rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsnnAssigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.nnFull Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty areannPRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty areannEnterprise Pool 3:nnBase rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsnnMust be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)nnFor Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Upon issuance of a new multistate license, the former license is inactivated.
