Schedule: Full-time, 7A-7P or 7P-7A or alternate 12-hour shifts, must work three shifts during the week plus rotate weekends. Available shifts based on unit needs and to be discussed with the unit hiring manager.
The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program is designed with a specialized and focused platform to include lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, etc., and clinical experience with designated preceptors. Support and training continue throughout the first year through continued education and mentorship.
Qualifications: Required: - Only accepting RN New Graduates with less than 12 months of RN experience at this time
- Must obtain temporary or permanent RN license by start/hire date (Offers will be contingent upon meeting this requirement by start/hire date)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic
Preferred: - Previous Patient Care experience
