- Night: $3.00 (included in pay range)

Shifts Available: - Full Time: 7p-7a
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with healthcare policies and procedures
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for patient responses
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing mentorship and guidance
Qualifications: - Active RN license in Alabama
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specified timeframe
- Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and team-focused environment
