Job Overview
CareCorp Seniors Services is a trusted provider of healthcare and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across British Columbia. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Mountain Lake Seniors Community.
About the Role
This permanent part-time position involves delivering exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment. As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring residents' health status.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.

Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
  • Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
