We are seeking an Occupational Therapist – Hand/Upper Extremity to: Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs. Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration. Work in collaboration with UW Health wellness staff to consider long term healthy living strategies beyond occupational therapy care. Work within a large, dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
