Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Maine. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/02/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel AMDIJP00009039 RN Home Health Description: Provides coordinates and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physicians orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to Clinical Manager Directly Supervises and Evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. DEGREE OF TRAVEL Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and agency-required liability insurance.' Average of patients/day: 5-8 Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points. Guaranteed Hours: No if there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census please reach out to the AM to discuss floating the contractor to a nearby clinic to pick up hours.
